Law Offices of David L. Prince, Esq. Calling? (MA/CA)
So I’ve been getting calls from the Law Offices of David L. Prince, Esq. and I’m trying to figure out if this is legit or just a scare tactic. They left a voicemail saying they were handling a debt matter, but I’m not even sure if the debt is actually mine or if they have the right to collect it.
I looked them up and found their address listed as both in North Andover, MA and Burbank, CA, which seemed a little odd to me. Has anyone else dealt with them recently?
From what I’m reading, I think my first step is to send them a debt validation letter to force them to prove the debt is valid and that they own it. I definitely don’t want to pay anything until I see proof in writing. Also, I’m keeping track of their calls to make sure they aren’t violating any rules by calling too early or too late, or being threatening.
If they can validate it, I might try to negotiate a settlement for less than what I owe, but I want to get any agreement in writing first.
Has anyone successfully challenged these guys or negotiated a settlement? Or should I just contact a consumer rights lawyer to be safe? Any advice from someone who has been through this would be really helpful. Thanks.

I've been trying out different Android games lately, and I must say, the variety is astounding. I've found some real gems PK8888 Game, but I've also come across a few duds. Speaking of which, have you guys heard of the 77 apk game? I've been curious about it, but I haven't taken the plunge yet. What's your take on it?
